• Wire rope conveyor belts have proven to be a highly reliable and cost-effective method for conveying bulk materials in long-distance conveyor systems. We offer laterally reinforced belts, belts with embedded sensor coils, and standard wire rope belts.

• Our wire rope conveyor belts use high-quality, high-strength wire ropes and various wear-resistant layer grades to meet the needs of various industries. The standard structure uses 7 x 7 hot-dip galvanized wire rope, with extremely high tensile strength, up to 2,000 N/mm. For applications requiring higher strength, we offer a 7 x 19 structure with a tensile strength of up to 10,000 N/mm.

• The wire rope is designed with an elongation of 0.22% - 0.28% to ensure high structural integrity and pulling force. This helps improve fatigue resistance. The open cross-laid wire rope structure, combined with a powerful chemical bonding system, allows for complete penetration of the core rubber, ensuring strong bonding and lasting corrosion resistance.

♦ Multifunctional wear-resistant layer grades
We offer a range of wear-resistant layer grades, all made of superior rubber, with extremely high wear, cut, and impact resistance, as well as excellent aging resistance. The choice of wear-resistant layer grade depends on the specific application and significantly affects the service life of the conveyor belt. Choose the conveyor belt that suits your needs, minimize waste, and support your sustainability goals.

• Wear-resistant options:
For heavy-duty conveying tasks involving large and sharp materials (such as abrasive rocks), our conveyor belts offer X, Y, and W grades (and equivalent grades). These high-quality wear-resistant layers provide ideal protection for the conveyor belt carcass, ensuring extended service life.

• High-temperature resistant type
We offer special grades for high-temperature applications, including T120 and T200, suitable for materials such as cement clinker, coke, foundry sand, and slag. These conveyor belts are designed to withstand continuous temperatures up to 190°C and can withstand short-term temperature peaks up to 200°C.

• Flame retardant compliance
Our conveyor belts offer flame retardant grade K, complying with ISO 340 standards. These conveyor belts are ideal for use in tunnel engineering but are not recommended for underground applications.
