• Superior Physical Properties
Reinforced with high-strength polyester (EP) or nylon (NN) canvas as the skeleton layer, the belt has high tensile strength and low elongation, ensuring stable operation under heavy load conditions. The white rubber cover has good wear resistance and tear resistance, with a Shore A hardness of 60±5 degrees and an abrasion loss ≤ 1.20 cm³/1.6km, which can extend the service life of the belt.

• Wide Adaptability

It can operate stably in the temperature range of -10℃ to +80℃, and can be customized into heat-resistant, oil-resistant, and acid-alkali-resistant types according to different working conditions. The belt width can be customized from 200mm to 2200mm, and the layer number is 2-8 layers, suitable for conveying granular, powdery, and block materials such as flour, candy, pharmaceutical granules, and electronic components.
